Peter Silverman​
Peter Silverman runs CSES Consulting Ltd.
Peter began his career in the property industry in 1984 working for Morgan Grenfell Laurie. His experience over the last 15 years has included managing large property portfolios on behalf of family trusts , charities and small investors.
Peter is mature, intelligent, focused, highly organised, very knowledgeable on all aspects of property and asset management, a team worker and player. He is results oriented with excellent personal relationships and a high level of integrity, good sense of humour, light touch but tough in negotiations. He works from a base of strong family values.
Since 2003 Peter has been a Trustee of a grant making charitable foundation. He is also a Director of a prominent housing association that houses 350 people with a variety of disabilities, across 7 buildings within London.
Peter has a wealth of experience that leads him to be an extremely competent and dedicated person within the property management industry, ensuring your property management requirements are always in safe hands.
Jamilla Amra
Jamilla is our resident book-keeper and administrator. Since leaving her last position 7 years ago where she was a financial controller for over a score, she has gained a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors as a self-employed accountant. She has worked internationally in South Africa and Canada.
Her finance and administration knowledge enables the Directors at CSES Consulting to focus on client relationships and business growth.
